Oct. 26, 1999: Ronald Turchi, Sr., 61, once the mob’s top adviser, was found in the trunk of his wife’s car on 7th Street near Federal with his hands tied behind his back and his head in a plastic bag.

April 10, 1999: Gino Marconi, 44, a mob associate, was killed by three bullets in the chest from a rifle, and his girlfriend, Patricia Miley, 31, was wounded outside Marconi’s home on 20th Street near Porter.

March 18, 1998: Anthony Turra, 61, was fatally shot in the eye as he left his south Philadelphia home en route to federal court to await a verdict.

Dec. 7, 1996: Joseph Sodano, 57, mob capo of the North Jersey crew of the Philadelphia mob, was killed in a parking lot in Newark, N.J.

April 4, 1996: Michael “Dutchie” Avicoli, 34, a bodyguard for reputed mob boss Joseph “Skinny Joey” Merlino, disappeared and is presumed dead.

Oct. 5, 1995: William “Billy” Veasey, 35, brother of mob canary John Veasey, shot in ambush on Bouvier Street near Oregon Avenue, a half-block from his South Philadelphia home.

Feb. 24, 1995: Ralph Mazzuca, 29, was shot three times in the back and once in the head before his body was hogtied, dumped and set afire near the Food Distribution Center in South Philadelphia. He had $7 stuffed in his underwear.

December 1994: Michael “Mikey Ice” Brennan, 38, a low-level Merlino associate involved in numbers, fatally shot, wrapped in a blanket and left in a wooded area of Camden County.

Jan. 19, 1994: Nicasio Zagone, 32, the nephew of reputed mob boss John Stanfa, shot in the head in a Northeast Philadelphia shopping center. He died two days later.

Sept. 17, 1993: Frank Baldino Sr., 46, a Merlino extortionist and gofer, shot to death while leaving the Melrose Diner in South Philadelphia.

Aug. 5, 1993: Michael “Mikey Chang” Ciancaglini, 30, gunned down while walking with Merlino along 600 block of Catharine St. near their clubhouse in South Philadelphia. Merlino, wounded in buttocks, survived.

Jan. 28, 1993: Mario Riccobene, 60, shot to death while sitting in his Ford Taurus in the Brooklawn Diner parking lot in Brooklawn, N.J.

Jan. 7, 1993: Rod Colombo, 29, shot to death while sitting in his Cadillac in Audubon, N.J.

May 29, 1992: James “Jimmy Brooms” Diaddorio, 55, a mob associate and former head of the Delaware River Port Authority police, fatally wounded by two masked gunmen the Volpine Club, 12th and Federal streets.

Jan. 29, 1992: Felix Bocchino, 73, shot to death while sitting in his Buick near his South Philadelphia apartment.

May 24, 1990: Louis “Louie Irish” DeLuca, 55, gambler and mob associate, was sitting in his car on Shunk Street near 12th when he was shot three times and his car riddled with bullets.

July 23, 1985: Frank “Frankie Flowers” D’Alfonso, 56, shot to death outside a corner store in South Philadelphia.

Dec. 14 1983: Enrico Riccobene, 27, nephew of mobster Harry “The Hunchback” Riccobene, found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his Jeweler’s Row store. Police said he feared he was next in line for a mob hit.

Dec. 6, 1983: Robert Riccobene, 43, half brother of Harry, is shot to death outside his Southwest Philadelphia home.

Nov. 19, 1983: Matteo Sollena, 37, brother of Salvatore “Toto” Sollena, 34, an associate of the Gambino crime family of New York City, is found shot to death and stuffed in a trash bag in the trunk of his wife’s Ford LTD in Marlton, N.J.

Nov. 10, 1983: Salvatore Sollena is found shot to death and stuffed in a trash bag in the trunk of his Cadillac in the parking lot of a Collingswood, N.J., diner.

Nov. 3, 1983: Salvatore “Sammy” Tamburrino, a Riccobene associate, is shot down by two gunmen inside his South Philadelphia variety store.

April 29, 1983: Pasquale “Pat the Cat” Spirito, 43, considered a rising star in the mob family, is shot to death in his Cadillac on a South Philadelphia street.

May 13, 1982: Frank John Monte, 52, No. 3 man in the crime family, is found shot to death next to his white Cadillac in South Philadelphia.

March 15, 1981: Philip Testa, 56, head of the Philadelphia mob after mob boss Angelo Bruno’s death, is blown apart by a bomb hidden on the porch of his South Philadelphia home.

Dec. 16, 1980: John McCullough, 60, local Roofers Union boss and a friend of Bruno’s, is shot to death in the kitchen of his Northeast Philadelphia home.

Oct. 30, 1980: Frank Sindone, 52, who headed gambling and loansharking operations under Bruno, is found wrapped in a blanket and stuffed into two plastic bags in a South Philadelphia alley.

Sept. 19, 1980: John “Johnny Keys” Simone, 66, Bruno's cousin and a top aide, is found on a wooded lot near a Staten Island expressway.

April 18, 1980: Antonio “Tony Bananas” Caponigro, 67, and Alfred Salerno, 64, their bodies, sheathed in plastic bags, are found one mile and five hours apart in the South Bronx.

March 21, 1980: Crime boss Angelo Bruno, 69, killed by shotgun blast while sitting in car outside his South Philadelphia home.

Oct. 6, 1981: John Calabrese, 45, is gunned down as he walked along a South Philadelphia street.

Jan. 7, 1982: Frank ``Chickie'' Narducci, 49, chief of gambling and loansharking for the local mob, is murdered gangland style as he steps out of his car near his South Philadelphia home. Feb. 4, 1982: Vincent ``Tippy'' Panetta, 60, a convicted loanshark linked to the Philadelphia crime family, and his girlfriend, Michelle A. Podraza, 19, are found strangled in Panetta's Cheltenham Township apartment.

Feb. 25, 1982: Dominick ``Mickey Diamond'' DeVito, 50, a friend of Narducci and a convicted gambler, is found bound in plastic bags in the trunk of a nephew's car in South Philadelphia.

March 15, 1982: Rocco Marinucci, 30, pizza parlor operator questioned in Testa's death, is killed a year to the day after Testa and found with firecrackers stuffed in his mouth.
